Trojan Workforce, which is part of the Trojan Recruitment group, a national service provider of quality temporary and permanent labour solutions, is currently seeking experienced Spray painters and Sand Blasters for casual positions on various sites located in Newcastle and Hunter areas. Multiple sites and multiple areas or stay at one site if you are happy there and they are happy with your work ethic........ We can keep you busy.

Our client has won major projects and most start in February 2012 with ongoing work for up to 12 months.

Positions are based in Newcastle starting first week of February on various site rates (EBA'S) LAHA (living away from home allowance) paid for out of town work across regional Australia when necessary.

If you have experience in Industrial Spray Painting and Blasting and are able to demonstrate you have the experience and a work ethic that shows drive, initiative and attention to detail as well as experience on some construction sites or in workshops. Apply as below

You must have:

• Own PPE Blasting Helmet and Equipment

• Current OH&S white card
• Current Trade Certificate from Australia or Certificate that complies with Australian Standards or equivalant experience
• Minimum 1-2 years experience with all aspects of Industrial Spary painting and Sand Blasting-
• An ability to communicate verbally and in wrinting in English, follow instruction and or read plans
• A positive attitude towards OH&S- this positive attitude is your standard practice
• Experience in manual handling
• Willingness to work on a temp and or casual basis with some assignments leading to a permanent role.
